NASHVILLE—Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty along with Eric Zwirner today announced Zwirner Equipment Company will open a new facility in Hartsville, Tenn. Zwirner Equipment, LLC’s relocation to Tennessee from Ohio represents a $750,000 investment and the creation of 24 new jobs.
“When companies choose to relocate their company to Tennessee, it reinforces our position as the best state to do business,” Hagerty said. “We offer businesses unparalleled logistical advantages, a central location and the kind of business-friendly environment where entrepreneurial spirit thrives. I want to welcome Zwirner Equipment Company to Tennessee and thank them for their valuable investment.”
“Hartsville and the state of Tennessee provide a business environment that will be lower in cost for startup and general operation,” Zwirner Equipment Company President Eric Zwirner said. “Another prominent factor is the growing market in the southeast and the ability to export from Tennessee to Canada and South America.”
